ABS PMMA sheet, is co-extruded by ABS and PMMA, not only the strongly impact resistance of ABS, but also the high-gloss & rigidity of PMMA. Has good molding vacuum, high temperature & low temperature resistant, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and good mechnical processing performance.
Widely used for bathtub, shower room, wash basin, steam room, etc.

Extruder
For ABS/PMMA sheet, most customers choose the co-extrusion machine for special application.
Single screw is the traditional model,and it has the good plasticizing for ABS material and PMMA material. CHAMPION single screw of ABS/PMMA sheet machine, using the top-class screw and barrel, realize the good plasticizing of material.
Also twin screw extruder is used for ABS and PMMA. It's also good for virgin and recycling material. With bigger capacity, power consumption lower.

First, the extrusion machine from Champion Machinery is intelligent extrusion machine, equipped with the net transmission technology. We can check your problem by remote control.
Second, we will test the machine before shipping to make sure the equipment is running stable. We will send engineer to your factory for the equipment installation and training.
Third, we have the after service group for each customer. The customer can find us at any time.
3. What's the delivery time?
