PC(Polycarbonate), colourless and transparent. With good heat resistance and aging resistance, impact resistance, good insulating property. Used in engineering are strong, tough materials and some grades are optically transparent. They are wasily worked, molded and thermoformed. Here, we are talking about the PC roofing sheet and flat sheet produced by same line.

PC flat transparent sheet/color transparent sheet, widely used in lighting part of the construction industry, helmet shield plate, the advertising display, high-grade decoration material. The wave sheet / corrugated sheet, used for roof lighting.

1. Can we produce other plastic sheet product by this machine?
No. This is the special machine for PC flat sheet and roofing sheet only. Cannot make other sheet. The auxiliary equipment is very different from other sheet product.

2. What is the guarantee of the machine?
The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the machine is installed well in buyer's factory.

3. How to express your requirements clearly?
Please tell your basic parameters of final sheet product, for example, width, thickness, capacity, detailed uses and material usage condition, to us.

4. Will you test the machine in seller's factory?
CHAMPION will test the machine in our factory before shipping, to ensure every part is working smoothly.
