Product Description

 

Material Characteristic

 

PET is a highly crystalline polymer with a milky white or light yellow color surface that is smooth and shiny.
Good creep resistance, fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability, small wear and high hardness, with the greatest toughness among thermoplastics: good electrical insulation properties, little influence by temperature, but poor corona resistance. Non-toxic, weather resistance, good chemical resistance, low water absorption, weak acid and organic solvent resistance, but not resistant to hot water immersion, not resistant to alkali.

Polylactic acid has good thermal stability, processing temperature 170~230 °C, good solvent resistance, can be processed in a variety of ways, such as extrusion, spinning, biaxial stretching, injection blow molding. In addition to being biodegradable, products made of polylactic acid have good biocompatibility, gloss, transparency, feel and heat resistance.

TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER!!
1. The frictional heat generated during the extrusion of molten resin by twin screw extruder is less.

4. GOOD PROPERTY
·The barrier layer has its functions of oxygen barrier, moisture barrier, and oil leakage prevention, and adjusts the barrier performance of the material through the control of the barrier layer material and thickness, which is suitable for different packaging needs.
·With Champion extruder, you don't need to dry in advance, reducing the material processing time, saving the energy power.
At the same capacity, Champion extruder save at least 30% power consumption. 

Auto winder: now with our machine, customer can just put the line here and let the machine itself unload the sheet or board, save your time and energy.

How To Tell Us the Detailed Sheet Product Information ?
 

1. The final sheet width	For example, 1200mm
2. The thickness of final sheet	We advise you send me a range, like 0.15-1.5mm
3. The output capacity you want	We can produce 400-1200kg/h, we will advise the different capacity depends on different products and sheet width, thickness.
4. The final application of the sheet	Maybe you can choose one or two, such as plastics cups and cup caps.
5. The sheet structure, one layer sheet or multi-layers sheet (A/B, A/B/A, B)	If you have special requirement, you can choose customized layers. For example, if you want a product with special qualities, you may add other material.
6. Material condition, virgin material, flakes material, recycling material or others	All material is ok for our machine, just let me introduce to you.

First, the extrusion machine from Champion Machinery is intelligent extrusion machine, equipped with the net transmission technology. We can check your problem by remote control. 

Second, we will test the machine before shipping to make sure the equipment is running stable. We will send engineer to your factory for the equipment installation and training. 

Third, we have the after service group for each customer. The customer can find us at any time.

4. What's the delivery time?
