ABS Resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer (acrylonitrile butanediene styrene) , synthesizes the performance of three components, in which acrylonitrile has high strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, Butadiene has impact resistance and toughness, styrene has high surface gloss, easy coloring and easy processing. These three components make ABS a "Tough, rigid,"the overall performance of a good Thermoplastic.

ABS HIPS Double Layer Sheets Refrigerator Board Co-extrusion Line 
This line is used to produce ABS/HIPS refrigerator sheet. This kind of sheet has such characteristics as high intensity, good temperature resistance, good rot proof, ect. It can be produced with additives to different requirements such as improving intensity, improving toughness, improving rigidity, flame retardant, embossing, frosting etc.

The complete line is controlled by PLC. Adopt SIEMENS frequency / servo controlling system and ethernet transmission technology to achieve high efficiency, high precision, high stability and high security. 

 

The 100M/s high-speed network transmission reduces the transmission errors between the control system and driver, and makes the machine more efficient.
