Product Description

Material Characteristic

 

PET is a highly crystalline polymer with a milky white or light yellow color surface that is smooth and shiny.
Good creep resistance, fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability, small wear and high hardness, with the greatest toughness among thermoplastics: good electrical insulation properties, little influence by temperature, but poor corona resistance. Non-toxic, weather resistance, good chemical resistance, low water absorption, weak acid and organic solvent resistance, but not resistant to hot water immersion, not resistant to alkali.

Polylactic acid has good thermal stability, processing temperature 170~230 °C, good solvent resistance, can be processed in a variety of ways, such as extrusion, spinning, biaxial stretching, injection blow molding. In addition to being biodegradable, products made of polylactic acid have good biocompatibility, gloss, transparency, feel and heat resistance.

TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER!!
1. The frictional heat generated during the extrusion of molten resin by twin screw extruder is less.
2. The resin melted in the barrel of the twin screw extruder is meshed and sheared by a smooth and balanced twin screw, so that the raw materials are mixed and melted with better quality.

·The barrier layer has its functions of oxygen barrier, moisture barrier, and oil leakage prevention, and adjusts the barrier performance of the material through the control of the barrier layer material and thickness, which is suitable for different packaging needs.
·With Champion extruder, you don't need to dry in advance, reducing the material processing time, saving the energy power.
At the same capacity, Champion extruder save at least 30% power consumption.
