The thickness of each layer can be adjusted by the extrusion process.
The sheet with different barrier properties can be flexibly designed by adjusting the thickness of the barrier layer.
The combination of a variety of barrier materials, and the heat sealing layer material can be flexibly replaced to meet the needs of different packaging.
So, this machine is multi-layered and multi-functional co-extrusion.

Material Characteristic

1. High barrier property	The use of multi-layer polymers instead of single-layer polymerization can greatly improve the film barrier performance and achieve the effect of high barrier to oxygen, water, carbon dioxide, odor and so on. Especially when EVOH and PVDC are selected as barrier materials, the oxygen transmission and water vapor transmission are obviously very low.
2. High functionality	Due to the wide selectivity of multi-layer films in the application of materials, a variety of resins can be selected according to the application of the materials used, fully reflecting the functions of different levels, so that the functionality of coextruded films is strengthened, such as oil resistance, moisture resistance, high temperature cooking resistance, low temperature freezing resistance. It can be used for vacuum packaging, aseptic packaging, inflatable packaging.
3. Low cost	Compared with glass packaging, aluminum foil packaging and other plastic packaging, to achieve the same barrier effect, co-extruded film has a greater advantage in cost, such as to achieve the same barrier effect, seven-layer co-extruded film has a greater cost advantage than five-layer co-extrusion. Due to the simple workmanship, the cost of the film products produced can be reduced by 10-20% compared to the cost of dry laminated films and other laminated films.

TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER!!
1. The frictional heat generated during the extrusion of molten resin by twin screw extruder is less.
2. The resin melted in the barrel of the twin screw extruder is meshed and sheared by a smooth and balanced twin screw, so that the raw materials are mixed and melted with better quality.

First, the extrusion machine from Champion Machinery is intelligent extrusion machine, equipped with the net transmission technology. We can check your problem by remote control. 

Second, we will test the machine before shipping to make sure the equipment is running stable. We will send engineer to your factory for the equipment installation and training. 

Third, we have the after service group for each customer. The customer can find us at any time.
