WPC/ PVC Crust Foam:
With sound insulation, heat insulation, flame retardant, moistureproof, mouldproof, moth-proofing, not bibulous, good shockproof effect. the color can be permanent, not fading. Can be like wood for nail, planing, drilling, sawing, etc.

PVC Co-extrusion crust foam board by the latest technology, color and hardness of surface can be adjusted according to the requirements, the middle layer can be all recycle material for saving much cost.

PVC crust foam board surface is smooth and the hardness is very high, it is difficult to be scratched, widely used in office furniture, kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets and condole roof decoration, building, etc, is a good replacements of wood, aluminum board, composite board, MDF board, polywood board, etc.

• PLC control for complete line.
• The barrel temperature control system of plastic extruder has the characteristics of large disturbance,time-varying,lag and non-linearity,which makes the barrel temperature rise slowly,low control precision and poor anti-jamming ability.The traditional PID control relies on accurate mathematical model and can not realize real-time adjustment of parameters online.In this paper,a fuzzy PID temperature control system for plastic screw extruder is designed,and the hardware structure of the temperature control system based on PLC is designed.Finally,the simulation results show that the control system has good dynamic and static characteristics,and to some extent improves the shortcomings of traditional PID control such as large overshoot and large temperature change.

Machinerunning test and after service
1.When machine finished, we will invited client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container.
2.When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
