PET Sheet Production Line in Champion

PP/PS Sheet Production Line in Champion
Main product of Champion products. Single layer sheet, multi-layers sheet making.
We always use the PP/PS products in our daily life.
For example, the packaging boxes for our smart phones, different cups, cake boxes, jelly cup, fress food boxes, etc.
The thermoforming sheet products, mainly used for the food packaging and different thermoforming products. Food packaging, to keep fresh such as the packaging of jelly, yourt, top-grade food, fast food rice, etc.

Extruder
· Single screw extruder is traditional extruder for production. Now more and more customers choose twin screw extruder as main extruder for PP/PS sheet producing.
· Multi-layers sheet suitable for most products in market. Different colors sheet, different material used, purpose-built...
· Twin screw extruder with bigger capacity but lower consumption, better dispersion. Also better plasticizing for recycling material and virgin material together.
· Exhaust venting extruder and no venting extruder.
