Feature: 1. The plastic ps sheet extruder unit is a combination of Extruder, calender, haul-off unit, winder (including waste sheet winder) and electric control cabinet. 2. The main parts, such as screw, barrel, screen exchanger, adopt superior alloy steeel(38CrMnAIA) with high hardness, strong corrosions resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment. 3. The screw adopts big L/D (length and diameter) ratio, equal plasticization and high plasticizing capability. 4. Non-stop fast screen changer with double-sieve, controlled by hydraulic device, the operation is conventient and improve the production efficiency. 5. The Calender, haul off unit and winder adopt integration design, nice appearance, convenient and fast installation and adjustment. 6. The extruder adopts square steel, to make sure the machine works stably in high speed, the motor is connected with gear box directly, Improve production efficiency.

Extruder:
Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not) should be chosen on the basis of different materials. Specially designed screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the good plasticization, high output and stable extruding.

Screen changer and mould: The quick screen changer of hydraulic system ensures the short course of screen changing without material-leakage. Reasonable structure of mould should be chosen in terms of material, whereas moulds of clothes-rack mode are widely accepted to regulate flow-distribution and guarantee even thickness of plates (sheets).

Three-roller calendaring machine: Inclined and vertical three-roller calendaring machine should be chosen according to the thickness of the plates(sheets). Temperature controller operates separately and gap among the three rollers can be adjusted freely, and the central roller has special design of regulating angle. Both ensure the excellent calendaring effect and even thickness of plates (sheets).

Machinerunning test and after service
1.When machine finished, we will invited client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container.
2.When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
