Extrusion Line: 

1.The whole line of the machine adopts Siemens PLC online control, which is convenient and simple to operate.
2.Single screw extruder and special screw are used to ensure the melting effect of plastic.
3.The hydraulic screen changer provides an excellent seal effect to ensure non-stop work.
4.The melt pump ensures the smooth extrusion of the plastic and the uniformity of the sheet.

Main advantages of twin screw extruder:
1. Good self-cleaning
There is a speed difference at the meshing between twin screws. Under mutual friction, the occurrence of material stagnation can be reduced, and the self-cleaning of co rotating twin screws is stronger.
2. Convenient observation
The twin-screw extruder is easy to open, so the wear degree of threaded elements, barrel bushing and other components can be observed at any time, so as to replace them timely and effectively, so as to avoid product waste caused by component damage.
3. Reduce production costs
The openable processing area makes the twin-screw extruder have great advantages in product color change and material change. The mixing process can be analyzed by observing the melt profile on the whole screw. Ordinary twin-screw extruders need a large amount of cleaning materials for color change, but in some split twin-screw extruders, the barrel can be quickly opened for manual cleaning to reduce the use of cleaning materials.
4. Improve labor efficiency
During mechanical maintenance, the heating and cooling system of ordinary twin-screw extruder usually needs to be removed first. In the twitch screw extruder, the split twin-screw extruder can open the barrel for repair only by removing the necessary bolts and rotating the turbine box handle device to lift the upper half of the barrel. It not only saves time and reduces the labor intensity of maintenance workers, but also reduces the production interruption caused by equipment wear.

Machinerunning test and after service
1.When machine finished, we will invited client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container.
2.When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
