Most of what we see in the market are single-screw extruder and twin-screw extruder. Single screw extruder and twin screw extruder are used for plastic sheet/board making. Different material, different process temperature, the structure of extruder also different. Champion designs the own extruder structure.

For complete sheet extrusion line, extruder is main part. In addition to extruder, there are screen changer, melt pemp, T-die, calender, cooling system, winder and other auxiliary equipment.

1. High efficiency material drying system, including drying mixer and drying hopper above the extruder.

PS material will be used venting single screw extruder or no venting single screw extruder.
