Product Description

Plastic production line is the complete running system for plastic sheet product making. For example, PP/PS/PE/EVOH sheet extrusion line, PET/PP/PLA sheet extrusion line, ABS/HIPS sheet extrusion line, PC/PMMA/GPPS sheet extrusion line, PVC sheet extrusion line.

1. High efficiency material drying system, including drying mixer and drying hopper above the extruder.
2. Bimetallic screw and barrel, with good plasticizing effect. No material out from extruder. 
PS material will be used venting single screw extruder or no venting single screw extruder.

Not all equipments you have to buy, but you need more extra auxiliary equipments, such as protective film lamination unit, another complete roller calender, automatic winding system, etc. 

The main extruder, you can use single screw extruder or twin screw extruder according to the difference of material. Twin screw extruder has the bigger capacity than single screw extruder.
