Product Description

· Free crystallizer & dryer PET extrusion system, with complete powerful vacuum system. Exhaust the moisture of material in the extruder, ensure that the sheet surface will not have the spot. The power consumption will be lower than the power of traditional extruder.
· The special screw elements can be changed according to different material. 
· Auto feeding, automatically adjust the feeding speed according to machine speed.
· Special function of key to acceleration can realize low speed adjustment, high speed production without fluctuation, with high stability.
· Auto winding system, auto cuttting, auto loading, two rolls in same air shaft. Adopt servo control, it's more precise and has the function of speed synchronization with the whole machine, which makes winding more convenient, simple and safe.
