Material Characteristics

Polypropylene (PP)is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications. With good chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high strength mechnical properties and good wear resistance processing performance. 

PP sheet material, not only transparent, good barrier, low density, non-toxic health, and can be recycled. When heating or burning, it will not produce toxic and harmful gases, not harmful to human health, nor corrosion equipment. Is a new type of green environmental protection packaging materials.



 

Features of Machine

 Single screw extruder of PP/PS sheet extrusion machine is the main model in the market. For PP material, use non-venting single screw extruder. For PS, use venting single screw extruder normally.
· Auto temperature control for extruder temperature and calender temperature, more precise, operation easier.
· Independent R&D high efficiency single screw extruder, with good plasticizing of raw material and formula. Ensure the good toughness of plastic sheet.
· The capacity of CHAMPION single screw extruder can reach 1500kg/h.
· There are manual work winding system, auto winding system and jumbo roll winding system to choose.
