Product Description

The PLA sheet extrusion machine of Champion Machinery, is suitable for high temperature resistance PLA material and lower temperature resistance PLA material.

Highly transparent PLA sheet, widely used in food packages and daily chemical products packages.

The highly transparent PLA sheet machine, showing you the pictures as following:

· Free crystallizer & dryer PLA extrusion system, with complete powerful vacuum system. Exhaust the moisture of material in the extruder, ensure that the sheet surface will not have the spot. The power consumption will be lower than the power of traditional extruder.
· The special screw elements can be changed according to different material. 
· Auto feeding, automatically adjust the feeding speed according to machine speed.
· Special function of key to acceleration can realize low speed adjustment, high speed production without fluctuation, with high stability.
· Auto winding system, auto cuttting, auto loading, two rolls in same air shaft. Adopt servo control, it's more precise and has the function of speed synchronization with the whole machine, which makes winding more convenient, simple and safe.

Yes. The PLA sheet extruder can make PP and PET sheet. But have to clean the extruder deeply after making the PLA sheet line.
