PET

polyethylene terephthalate terephthalic acid a common resin materials, can be divided into APET, RPET, PETG. Creep Resistance, anti-fatigue, anti-friction, good dimensional stability, non-toxic, tasteless, weather resistance, anti-chemical stability. Widely used in fruit and vegetables and other food packaging as well as electronic packaging, agricultural nursery tray, in our lives everywhere.

PLA

1. Environmental protection

 PET Product Description

• Choice of single or twin screw extruder.
• Production can use 100% recycled material to obtain a high add value commodity like strapping band.
• PLC manages automatically the extruder's working parameters in according with the running condition;material treatment
,extrusion,stretching,annealing and taking up units are all synced with the PLC.
• All components are controlled and monitored through PLC.
• PET or PP straps can be produced with the same technology,to change line set-up from one to the other only take in few minutes.
• High-advanced ABA co-extrusion technology,not only improve strap's tensile strength but also help the peel strength after welding.
• Double column 4 positioned filter chambers,100% full automatic self-cleaning screen changer,working non-stop during
screen changing,it ensures the straps quality is not affected throughout the production.

Printing
We have 30-year-experience in Printing sheets, and we create exclusive technology for corona machine, material components, and get the precise pressure, temperature, speed number for a certain line.

1. EASY TO CONTROL

· Full SIEMENS control system for all the information: current, pressure, speed, temperature......
· Temperature auto control: temp of extruder and temp of roller calender is adjusted automatically. Easy to operate. SIEMENS proportional valve, more accuracy, auto control. 

2. HIGH CAPACITY
· 100% flakes material is no problem. Mixed material can be used. Good plasticizing, running stable.
· Free crystallizer and dehumidifier, equipped with double venting system. Lower power consumption, bigger output capacity.

TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER!!
1. The frictional heat generated during the extrusion of molten resin by twin screw extruder is less.
2. The resin melted in the barrel of the twin screw extruder is meshed and sheared by a smooth and balanced twin screw, so that the raw materials are mixed and melted with better quality.
