Roller, the important equipments for many kinds of machine, such as calender machine, extrusion machine, winding machine, paper machine, coating machine, etc. The surface effect of roller, hardness of roller, production precess, makes the good quality product.

Select 45# seamless steel tube or alloy steel as raw amterials and produce it through heating treatment and machine work. Assemble the passageway or jacket in the middle. Cooling or heating temperature difference is not larger than ±1ºC, and the surface hardness is ≥HRC60, Hardness after chrome plating and polishing is HRC62, and temperature distortion is not large than 0.01mm.
