1. The plastic ps sheet extruder unit is a combination of Extruder, calender, haul-off unit, winder (including waste sheet winder) and electric control cabinet.

7.Usage:It's designed to produce monolayer PP/PS/PE plastic sheet, which is used for making disposable water drinking cups, ice-cream cups, yoghurt cups , lids, dishes, plates and etc.
* Single screw extruder of PP/PS sheet extrusion machine is the main model in the market. For PP material, use non-venting single screw extruder. For PS, use venting single screw extruder normally.
* Auto temperature control for extruder teperature and calender temperature, more precise, operation easier.
* Independent R&D high efficiency single screw extruder, with good plasticizing of raw material and formula. Ensure the good toughness of plastic sheet.
