Poly(lactic acid) or polylactic acid or polylactide (PLA) is a biodegradable and bioactive thermoplastic aliphaticpolyester derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch (in the United States and Canada), cassava roots, chips or starch (mostly in Asia), or sugarcane (in the rest of the world). In 2010, PLA had the second highest consumption volume of any bioplastic of the world.

Application
Polylactice acid (PLA)  is a renewable biodegradable material, can be used for vegetables, fruits, eggs and bakery packaging, but also for flowers and other goods packaging.

Features of PLA Sheet Line

The special vacuum structure makes the PLA material not need to be dried in the secondary use, and can achieve the required vacuum degree. Ensure the transparency of sheet and the high-quality sheet surface.

 

The unique function of "key to acceleration" can realize low speed adjustment, high speed production without fluctuation, greatly reduces the waste of raw materials during machine adjusting.

 

Winder: manual winder and auto winder. Suitable for small capacity production and big capacity production.

Auto winder: cutting automatically, more fast; reduce labor cost. In addition, the auto winder cuts without jamming at thicker sheet, and makes roll-up very easy.
